Overview

Sirvis IT provides outsourced IT services and support. Sirvis IT joined Aim in 1996 but at that time it was an educational CD-Rom developer. It acquired Technology Management Group in May 2007. In September 2007 every 40 shares were consolidated into one new share. NAV bid 160p a share for the company in August 2008, valuing it at £5.28m.
