Overview

Sorbic International is a China-based manufacturer of sorbic acid and potassium sorbate. Cash shell Ninety joined Aim on 24 October 2007 when it raised £3m net from a placing at 1p a share - 60p post consolidation. It acquired sorbic acid and potassium sorbate producer Honour Field at the end of September 2008 and changed its name to Sorbic International. At the same time 60 shares were consolidated into one new share.
