TMT Investments is an investment company seeking to invest in technology businesses. It raised $20m at $1 a share when it joined Aim on 10 December 2010. The market value was $20m as well. Alexander Selegenev, the former head of corporate finance at Metropol (UK), an affiliate of Russian broker IFC Metropol was the only executive director at the time of the flotation.
