Managed IT security services provider Accumuli says it has completed the rebranding of acquisitions and trading is in line with expectations.

Accumuli had cash in the bank of £500,000 at the end of September 2011.

Nick Kingsbury is replacing Graham Norfolk as chairman, although the latter remains as a non-executive director. Kingsbury sold a software business to Staffware in 1996 and he headed 3i’s Global Software and Internet sector over the past decade. He has advised a number of IT businesses.

At 7.88p a share, Accumuli is valued at £11.2m.

Interim figures will be announced on 15 November.
